Barrel Racing and Pole Bending Camp

Do you have a youngster that is interested in learning about barrel racing/pole bending? Come learn from instructor Amy Prechter who has years of breeding and training performance horses, as well as speed event competition experience, money earnings and titles in her career history. In our half day Barrel Racing/Pole Bending Camp, participants will spend time learning valuable warm up exercises for horse and rider on and off of the horse, as well as learning the patterns, drills and techniques. This clinic is open for all ages of riders, but they must be confident in their riding skills (walk/ trot independently, and working on cantering/loping independently). The last portion of second day campers will be able to make a time run on both the barrel and pole pattern. We will video each run, review and discuss each campers runs. This camp is open for students that would like to participate on their own/leased horse. We also do have a limited number of CRE lesson horses available for use in the clinic, please message for instructor approval of horse use prior to signing up for the clinic. All participants will receive a journal and hat for participating in clinic. They will need to pack snacks/water.

$450 per camp (Requires $100 deposit to hold spot)
